HOBSON WEST TENNIS COURTS PRIORITY

Our tennis instructor, Robin Henders, would like to know if any of our students are interested in fielding a junior tennis team again for the 2008 Naperville Summer Junior Tennis League.  Hobson West would have a "novice level" team for this season. Any player 12 years and younger that is part of the Hobson West tennis program is welcome to join the team. Matches would take place on Fridays from 1:00-3:00 pm. The 2008 NSJTL season is scheduled to begin June 13th and run for 7 weeks. No matches will be scheduled for Friday, July 4th. A season-ending tournament is scheduled for August 8th. If you are interested, please e-mail Robin Henders ASAP at robinhenders@comcast.net. Each player should bring $5 to every match to cover the cost of our coaches. Also, there is a one-time fee of $17 per player to cover the cost of a West Tennis Team t-shirt. Don't be intimidated by the team competition! The "novice division" is a low-key introduction to matchplay. It is a great wayto get involved in a more competitive form of tennis.

Our tennis instructor, Robin Henders, would like to build an adult program on Thursday nights. There is a pro from the Naperville Tennis Club that works almost exclusively with adults who is willing to come and teach some classes on Thursday evenings.
