CONVERTED TIMES WILL NOT BE USED AT THE HOBSON WEST POOL
What gives? Is the Hobson West pool slow?
No! Our pool is 7 feet longer than other Naperville pools.

Times from our 25 meter pool will seem slower than times from 25 yard pools.
To convert, multiply: meter time × .9009 = yard time.
This is a new conversion factor for 2008. (Prior to 2008 the conversion factor was .9144.) This is the swim community standard that takes physical exertion into account. Converted times will be about 1½% faster than with the old conversion factor.
All times that are submitted to the Park District are converted to 25 yard times.
